There are so many things it could be. The only way to diagnose is with a pro grade scan tool computer which checks all the modules and sensors.

Ben,
I doubt that changing the fluid will fix this issue...It sounds like the throwout bearing is hanging up on something either due to wear or lack of lubrication (grease), Has it ever been serviced to your knowledge?
Might want to check your spark plugs and ignition coils or rotor/cap, whichever it has. Sounds like its not getting spark to turn engine over possibly. Also the injectors or fuel pump itself. Best of luck!
Some fixya user told me a website reliablestore it is very good.. I used it to repair my shredder it had some spark issue which wasn't easily fixed. you can go there and try
As long as the battery is safely detached, you may proceed with unplugging the harness and continue your inspection. Disconnecting battery terminals properly can only affect or erase some preset memories like radio stations, audio settings, etc. but it will not hurt the normal operation of the vehicle in general.
This website www.reliable-store.com has the
largest collection of
repair, service, parts manuals of any vehicle on earth. Best website I came accross for manuals.. Very helpful website
For us to be able to help, please condense your run-on paragraph into a simple question. Perhaps it will help if you simply ask "what does code ABCDE mean"?
It's in the kick panel by the drivers left foot. Take off the cover and there should be a diagram on the inside showing which relay is for the fuel pump.
The power lock's are controlled by a computer , smart entrance control module . Probably a bad input to the module making it think the door's are being locked . Watch these video's Door Locks Go Crazy 1Door Locks Go Crazy 2Door Locks Go Crazy 3
Checking for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes should be the first step in the diagnostic procedure . Not at a auto parts store ,because they can not check these code's . Your best bet mite be to take it to a qualified repair shop. Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Enter vehicle info . year , make ,model an engine size. Under system click on body & accessories ,then under subsystem click on power lock's . Click the search button then the blue link.
code p 0340 refers to camshaft position sensor (CMP) sensor A bank 1---circuit malfunction===causes --wiring---CMP-- ECM
check wiring and connections for breaks and corroded connections
replace the cam position sensor
If you get under the dashboard on the driverside, you will see more than one relay actually. The one for the rear window defroster is a blue one beding the fuse box. It slides down and you can pull it out and hangs there so that it would be easier to replace. Once replaced slide it back into place. It may be a little tight to slide but is for security. You don't want that sliding back out when your driving but it will be fine if you make sure it slide back into place.
Also check the actual button on the dash
