You didn't mention which engine you have. I believe this code pertains to the 1.8L engine. Most of the time this code refers to a bad ignition coil. This is also called a "Coil over Plug". Your engine has 4 cylinders so it has 4 ignition coils (One coil per cylinder). It is located directly above the spark plug. I've included a photo. From your point of view, looking at the engine. You will not see the stem. Only the top where the electrical connecter plugs into it.

The outside temp sensor is located behind your front grille. Try to look for a 2-wire small sensor. You will need to remove the grille to gain smooth access and to test it. Use multimeter to measure sensor resistance when disconnected. Depending on actual air temperatures, sensor should measure 1.27 kilohms when at 104degF, and 16.5kilohms when at -4degF. The rest of the normal values should be in between these kilohms and temperature ranges.

p0131 is a lambda sensor fault bank 1 or could just be a exhaust leak you should go to a good reliable mechanic for help

I recently tried the DIY service and repair manuals from a website and it actually helped me repair transmission problem in my jcb 3cx site-master. Look at the fuse you took out and match the color, the value doesn't matter if you match the color. Doesn't work for you? The heavy current to the starter will be around 100 Amps. Big, non-standard fuse here. The Solenoid takes much less, maybe 5 Amps. You can always start small, and up the size if you keep blowing it. As a last resort, your owner's manual should tell you.

The problem is likely in your heater case doors, not the core itself. These doors are either vacuum operated or small motor operated. Get the car warmed up, then feel both heater hoses. Both should be hot, meaning coolant is circulating. If only one is hot, the other cold, then you have a circulation problem.
