Did you install a new bushing with the tensioner? There is a bulletin that talks about brass powder on the old tensioner. If there is, install bushing no#JF01-12-754. It sounds like you put new timing belt tensioner and belt, but without the spacer, it could cause problems.

If you remove rear seat and under floor mat, you will find a cover. Remove the cover and you can access the fuel pump/sending unit assembly.
