Why dose my mazda 323 gtx over boost buzzer come on and boost cut

Sounds like the waste gate is having trouble. It could be what's called a "boost leak". the waste gate is most likely internal on a factory system. On the turbo, You'll see a small, vacuum pod looking thing with a linkage connected. Check to make sure the vacuum line/hose is properly connected and run that line to make sure it's not cracked some where. Otherwise, it could be any coupler, connection on the pipes that carry the air from the turbo to the throttle body. Even a "loose clamp" can cause boost leaks. With over boost, it's most likely the waste gate. Good luck. Hope ya find it.
