Have you adjusted the clearance .

With only that information, I'd first look at or replace the fuel filter.

If you have an automatic trans, sounds like it is slipping, Try changing the trans filter and fluid, but your trans may have to be rebuilt. Only other thing could be brakes dragging/stuck.

There are several things that could cause a knock, ranging from a worn crankshaft bearing(s) to a worn water pump. You can further pinpoint this knock by defining if it occurs occasionally, constantly, just at a specific RPM, or only under a load. What kind of a knock is it? Hi-pitched or low-pitched? A more detailed problem description would yield you a more specific/helpful answer.

with engine running at normal operating temp tap on MAF sensor to see if it stumbles also try cleaning MAF sensor

check speed sensor in tran.

fuel pressure low could be filter or pump

if you hear a vacuum breach there could be a loose or broken hose, if you hear it inside the cab it may be in the A/C air flow controller, for this devices use the car vaccum to operate, but I am not sure that's what's causing it to loose power. sounds like a worn clutch. best luck to you.

replace the ignition lock cylinder, that should cure the problem, but u will need to have the VATS module re-programmed to accept the new VATS key resistance value, this is preformed by the dealer only.

vacuum issue, check for hose off at canister

did you change connector at fuel pump?
