What cause fuel system to loose pressure new fuel pump installed also new filter & relay pump cranks 65 psi a run until pressure drops and quits, it might start, fuel pressure regulator ?

if it cranks at 65 psi the problem will not be in the regulator as the pump is producing enough fuel to exceed what the injectors need What is happening is that the pump is not capable of delivering enough fuel to maintain that pressure when running so look for venting problems , hoses collapsing internally or blockage in the tank pick up

Changed IAC valve 94 gmc jimmy v6 4.3L. whenever the engine gets to normal running temp it shuts down an won't start until engine is cool. Could this be a bad MAP sensor? Or fuel injector solenoid?

Could be a bad coil, or ignition module right by the coil. Both will cause this. If you loose fuel pressure, it would be the pump. But pumps will usually start chugging before the engine dies. Most times it is the coil.

On my 92 jimmy you know how it has 2 transmission

Ok, the top line goes to transmission, as does the bottom line. They are connected at the transmission and the other end is connected at the cooler to create a path for the transmission fluid to flow through without losing fluid. One is connected at the top and one is connected at the bottom. I hope you understand this, since your question makes no sense to me.
