The accessory wire is suppose to be hooked up to your ignition wire and not a constant 12 volt power source. Hooking it up to your ignition wire will only give the stereo power when your key is in the accessory position or in the running position. The constant power source that you mostly connected to is meant for the memory wire on your stereo which will allows it to save your setting when you turn the vehicle off and your stereo kicks off. One possible cause is a drum that is out of round and / or loose brake shoes. Another could be a loose backing plate or suspension mount. Have you had the brakes checked ?
