I connect the acc wire to 12 volt and stereo stays on all the time

The accessory wire is suppose to be hooked up to your ignition wire and not a constant 12 volt power source. Hooking it up to your ignition wire will only give the stereo power when your key is in the accessory position or in the running position. The constant power source that you mostly connected to is meant for the memory wire on your stereo which will allows it to save your setting when you turn the vehicle off and your stereo kicks off. Otherwise you will end up setting the clock and adjusting your EQ every time you turn it on.

Knocking sound

One possible cause is a drum that is out of round and / or loose brake shoes. Another could be a loose backing plate or suspension mount. Have you had the brakes checked ?

I put the key in the ignition and turn it forward

The solution lies in the interlock with the shift linkage. Make sure the transmission and therefore the shift colomn make it into park or neutral.

2004 sunfire cooling is always on when the car is running

The cooling fan is controlled by a temperature switch located on the radiator or on the engine. When the temperature of the coolant exceeds the switch temperature rating, the switch closes and energises a relay that switched a voltage to run the fan and it will continue to run until the coolant temperature drops back below the opening point of the switch. In your case, you may need to have the cooling fan replaced.
