Slow take off

drop flaps, set AFR to tad rich, check power with brakes set and then release brakes, taxi to full speed (above stall speed) and pull back the stick. you are now took off and air born

When the car is not running, something is consuming more electrical power than normal to run the battery down. Another problem could be that the battery is more than 5 or 6 years old and it is at the end of its useful life.

Mt rear door deos not latch we need to use a ratchet strap to secure it

First use your key to unlock the latch, you may have to use a screwdriver to push the latch in then try to close it. Also check that the lock hook is not bent or off centered. That can be adjusted with a T-30 torque bit. If that doesn't work and the latch continues to release you can swap it out buy using a T-30 Torque bit to remove the lock bracket.

It could be as easy a a blown fuse or if you live in the snow u may have broke a wire your best bet is take it to the local auto parts store have them scan it for free and they will tell u what fuse it is and help put it in

problem can be the door switches or the tracksOn most vehicles all of the motors get power from the master switch in the drivers door

2004 Pontiac Montana blows cold air in defrost

There is a mix damper inside your duct that controls the heat over heater core and ac evaporator that to your floor and one to your defrost. it is probable an electric actuator, that is not functioning properly. If yu can locate it and manually move it, you might have to remove the actuator motor first, you should be able to figure out your problem, I hope this helps! merry Christmas!

Put a screwdriver in the latch on bottom of door and pull down. If it does not release , try again while pressing the unlock button
