inside the wiper motor there is a park switch and it might have failed

It sounds like a vent tube. It keeps the fluid from getting too hot. It just runs to the top of motor where it vents the heat out. Doesn't connect to anything. Although most have a cap on them. I hope this helps.

Are we "PARTS_NOSING" instead of DIAGNOSING? Sounds to me like you have thrown some pretty expensive parts at this problem....MANY things can cause an engine to lose power. That is why the problem should be properly diagnosed. If you keep going the way you have been, you could have a whole new car before finding the cause of your problem.To begin with, your engine is controlled by a computer system that is capable of self-diagnosis. Has anybody scanned the onboard computer for fault codes? The fuel system can cause an engine to lose power. Has anybody checked the fuel pressure?A restricted exhaust can cause an engine to lose power (smashed, bent tailpipe, clogged catalytic converter, etc.) Has anyone checked the exhaust system back-pressure?Nobody online can do much more than GUESS what is causing your problem without some proper diagnosis procedures being performed.

if u start car alot--or hav a low batt--or dont keep vehicle tuned up-----nevr run starter more 20 sec at a time-----giv it a couple min rest

Hi Have you replaced the clutch plate? I believe the plate is worn and needs to be replaced and the throw bearing as well. Good luck.
