What is an ABS actuator?

I would check the fuel pressure and have a scan done on the computer.

betting fuel pump failure....check fuses first new fuel filter wouldnt hurt.....may also be an exhaust plugged catalytic converter......but i say fuel pump....

Your tires should all be the same size, especially since this is a 4 wheel drive vehicle-Change them ASAP.

The plastic gear in the back of the instrument panel is known to crack and break, this may have happened, A trip to the auto-recycler may net you a new-to-you speedo cable!

Take a long screwdriver (flatblade) and pass it through the grill in the front center section, you have to reach the release and push it to the left.

Could be the timing belt broke. Have this checked and go from there.

If the speedo and odometer do not work, it could be the speed sensor in the transmission.

I had the similar 'wobble of death' for these late 90's pathfinders. Just change all 8 bushings on REAR lower and upper control arms. That is main problem. Everything else has marginal impact like front control arms, wheel bearings, shocks, etc.
