Air conditioner stopped working on my 2011 e320
This is difficult to answer without my head under the bonnet or a question by someone who just needs a second opinion ,the fault could be anything from a gas leak to a faulty sensor with all and everything in between, sorry i could not much help but these cars with regards to the AC are inter related to other controls especially with climate control ,it could even be the operating panel faulty so the best advice i can offer in respect to lack of information is to ask a friend or two to recomend a local mechanic and ask them to have a look ,could be a simple job or an expensive one iam afraid

No problem, the oil is in a too low quantity to have an effect on the engine, it's just a little too thin so it will last less. Use the car as normal and replace the oil after 5000 km.
For your piece of mind you could add some oil thickening additive, but it's not really necessary.

I would love to help you but with this little bit of info it is hard. The fan can be caused by either a faulty temp sensor or blown fuse or bad wires. Oil could be leaking into the engine around the plugs and causing your starting issue I can't tell, you may be having some electrical issues if the starter is not working which could be the reason your fan is not working, if it were me I would have a mechanic look at these issues before they get worse and cause irrepairable damage.
