Mercedes -benz E320 w211 Oil level big red light will not go out.changed the sensor still on. Also had low fuel pressure I don't know why but when I Changed the fuel pressure sensor my oil level red light went out.

The E320 in that year range upto approx 2005 uses an auxiliary battery to operate the brake pump when main battery supply was lost or low. The low battery warning you describe can be caused by the aux battery being low. This battery is a small 7Ah battery mounted under the pollen filter in the engine area.

Any I've dealt with are on the side of the oil pan at the oil level---check around pan--you should be able to find it

Joao: Have you checked the inside of the fuse box cover?

You can reset all lights by disconnecting the negative lead to your battery for about 30 seconds. This will reset them but if the problem is not fixed they will come back on in about 50 miles.

Check on BBB Industries online for the wiring and component diagrams for your MB and check the appropriate fuses and or relays.

It is your phone doing it, it updates itself with the carrier every so often and causes a few seconds worth of RF interference when it does that.

SAE and API are the ratings for the quality of oil and viscosity.

SAE is the rating of the viscosity of an oil.. So its the code that comes after the letters "SAE" that's important.. For instance my car requires "SAE 5W-20" oil. It's the 5W-20 part that is important.

To check this remove the earth wire on the battery and connect an amp meter in the circuit. If the current draw is less than 1 amp ( even that will be excessive for instruments ) the battery should last 48 hours . I would be checking for a heavy current draw indicating a unit shorting out internally or a battery that has an internal short problem. Have a load test done on the battery to check this. Clocks and speedo and odometer always use power after being switched off as that is how they keep time and mileage recordings so the current draw is in milliamps. Even the ECM draws power when off as that is how it keeps the CPU program going and why sometimes the problems start when the battery is changed out or disconnected.

Maske sure no interior light like vanity mirror lights are staying on or left on by mistake.

There is a 3 fuse boxes in your vehicle, one in the engine bay, one on the side of the dash under a cover near the steering wheel and one in the boot, what is not working or what fuse are you looking for ?

It Is located on the outside of the case of the transmission.
