Battery goes dead overnight and clicking noise behind dash when moving acc. fuse

Chances are you have a short behind the dash. The clicking might be wires arching off metal or other wires. may have been pulled from a harness or maybe a mouse chewed on it. Unfortunatly, open the dash and look.

No heat coming out?- temperature gauge is reading correctly. Fan blows but no heat?

Check coolant level-low coolant can cause the problem. Start there. Could also be a mechanical problem with the blend door for the HVAC. Need to scan the Heat A/C system for fault codes so you will need to have a mechanic check that part of it.

Trouble starting after warm have

this could very possible be a bad coil , or a bad fuel injector, check the coil to see if you see any cracks in it , in which it would be jumping fire, or it could be a bad fuel injector, you can check each fuel injector, by taking a mechanics stethoscope, and putting the probe to each injector 1 at a time, and have someone crank the engine over to see if you hear a clicking sound coming from the injectors, the one that has the weakest sound or no sound is the bad one . also, you can disconnect each injector wiring connector, 1 at a time, and hook up a noid light to each injector wiring connection, and then turn on the ignition key, but do not start the vehichle, this will show you if there is current coming from the wiring connection to the injector, you can purchase the noid lights at a auto part store. hope that this information has been helpful to you.

Door saggs on my HD3500 work truck

Sounds like your hinge pins are wearing out. You can get a hing pin and bushing set either at the dealer or any auto parts store. You'll need a jack and a block of wood, or some rubber matting to protect the door. Open the door and place the jack under the door and raise the jack just enough to support the door. Using a hammer, I use a brass hammer but a steal hammer will work, drive the hinge pins out one at a time. With the hinge pin driven out you'll be able to see the wear in the hinge plate, then you install the bushings required to " realign" the pin holes and then reinstall the hinge pin. Sometimes the holes are badly elongated and on the later models were the hinge is welded I remove the door and build the wear area with a wire welder. The bushing method usually works well for most. Good luck I hope this helps.

2000 chevy 3500 7.4L cranks and hits every once in awhile, but wont stay running. checked fuel pressure had 60psi, checked fuel flow appears to be good . checked for spark it has good spark, removed p

The following are the general instructions on the start of diagnosing any electronically controlled engine or transmission problem.

The engine and the automatic transmission (transmission control is only for automatics, engine is still computer controlled no matter the transmission type) in this vehicle are computer controlled and in most cases when a fault occurs a fault code is stored in the memory of the computer control module. There are exceptions to this, such as the Mass Airflow Meter and fuel pressure problems. What must be done is to have all the basic testing done such as a scan of the system for fault codes as well as a check with a live data scanner tool for engine functions that are not within range of normal, a trained technician is required to know what is correct and what isn't, then based on careful diagnostics done from a factory repair manual the correct part is replaced or the wiring repaired or the computer replaced (known as the PCM or ECM,ECU), which is very rarely the problem. Other basic checks must be done as well such as mechanical problems with the engine as well as engine state of tune and mileage on the engine. The transmission can have mechanical issues as well such as no gear engagement at all or a failed pump or other pressure related problems. Also engine mechanical problems can and do cause many drive-ability related problem such as rough idle and other symptoms.
