1994 camaro z28 electrical system dead
A couple of things can be the cause. You could have an issue with your battery connection, or your ignition switch is dead. Ignition switch issues tend to kill all the power to the car. They can go without warning. It's located on the driver's side on the steering column.

Will the vehicle start and run? As far as the throttle position sensor, I'm not sure what your looking at, but, I'd check the wiring circuits first, for three wire connector, if you haven't already. The gray wire is 5 volt reference, goes hot with the key on, other sensors use this same voltage. Use a digital multimeter. Black wire is ground. Dark blue wire is signal. If you have ref voltage and ground then probe the signal wire, key on, move throttle by hand, watch for the voltage reading to move up and down smoothly as you move the throttle.
The code doesn't tell you what to replace, just that the computer thinks there is a problem on that system, somewhere. Just my opinion.

Since we don't know what caused the overheating in the first place, a crate motor, in the long run, may be the most cost effective means of resolving this issue.

Go to a auto parts store and have them test the alternator. New or not it may be bad.

take it to an accredited auto electrician as it indicates that the voltage regulator is not in the circuit and the alternator is boiling the battery from way over voltage

so you get an engine swap and nothing has changed so what are you going to do then--get a car swap
first up find yourself an accredited service center and have the fault codes read properly
if the ECM is faulty-prove it by substituting it with a known good unit but I doubt that it is

Try cleaning the throttle body and the idle speed control valve, they get full of sludge and this causes stalling. Use a product called CRC Throttle valve cleaner on both parts, DO NOT USE CARB CLEANER IT WILL RUIN THE PARTS.
