1990 nissan maxima. have replaced thermostat, but cant get any heat, or defrost. flushed out core.and replaced all fluids.

Check the hoses to the inside heater core for kinks. Check heater (not radiator) core for being plugged. Check heater valve to see if it lets coolant through when turned on.

hi kathy better watch out doing 115mph every where could get you a ticket lol.now being serious this sounds like a computer problem disconnect the battery for a while 10/15 minutes then see if this helps sometimes it sets everything back to factory settings,if this does not help it might pay to take in to a dealerwith the computer to check and set yours ,cheers i hope this helps pete

your transmission is in limp mode. you will need to replace the speed sensor the two are tied together. more than likely you will need the output speed sensor on the transmission.
