Hi, I have a Mercedes 190 e. I have a problem. In my car the antifreeze circulation makes a strong pressure and that pressure pumps out antifreeze out. The car temperature goes over 90 degrees C. repa

I presume that you have already replaced the thermostat, diagnostically, and have NO LEAKS. Soooo. There are two areas to look at:One is air pockets. If you have an air pocket, you can tell by the amount of time (# of pumps) that it takes to pressurize the system with a pressure testing tool.Another likely issue is a compression leak into the cooling system. Test for exhaust gases in the cooling system.

Was trying to install car stereo - interior lights

Look in your owners manual for fuses. There may be more than one fuse panel......most likely you blown a fuse for all that to have happen at once...sometimes the fuse panel will be in the glove box or under the steering wheel.

Type your problem for a solution...

Get a compression test done, I think that should tell you. Also, if your check engine light is on, the code will let you know which one is not running. But, could I ask why you think that your car isn't performing on all 6 cylinders?

190e mercedes , where and how to adjust reverse

You don't state if it is automatic or manual. For the manual: Looking forwards down the car towards the engine the gear box has three levers on its left hand side. The lever at the rear of the engine is for gear 5 and reverse. From this lever there is a link (metal rod) running back to beneath the gear stick. To adjust this link you need to put the car on a ramp and unclip the link from the gearstick mechanism (three levers side by side). Do not unclip all the links at the same time as it is not obvious which link goes back on which lever!! The clevis on the end of the link can be adjusted by rotating it to either shorten it or lengthen it. There is a locking nut behind the clevis to set the adjustment when completed. Lubricate and clip the link back in place. The 'wobble in reverse' sounds like either a) broken link on the back suspension b) worn subframe bushes c) loose differential mounts (two bushes at the back and one bolt into the subframe on the left/front. If you car is automatic sorry for all this manual stuff, but I would still check out the mechanics of the rear end. Also check out transmission fluid levels, low levels lead to slippage within the torque converter. Another good indication of low fluid is gutless performance coupled with poor fuel economy !!

The hood release cable on

the only other way to open the hood is to go through the front grill (not easy) by removing it or try lying under the front of the car and reach up with a long screwdriver or pry bar and try to trip the latch where the broken cable is-the best and fastest way to fix this though is to get the car to a good body shop.

Put the key in the ignition but it seems to be

There can be several plus reasons an ignition key will not turn. To give an accurate and helpful answer requires more in depth knowledge of a particular situation, but here are a few of the possibilities.
1. Please apply some pressure to the key and turn the wheel back and forth to attempt to find a free spot where in which the key turns. The steering column lock can be in a bind and exert pressure against the ignition mechanism.
2. If your car has an automatic transmission (which I believe it does), go ahead and check and make sure the selector is in park. Some cars will prevent you turning the key if the gear selector is in any position other than park or neutral.
3. I'd suggest cleaning and lubricating the lock cylinder itself. Spray a liberal amount of electrical contact cleaner to flush away dirt and grime, followed by a brief/quick spray of silicone or a drop or two of liquid graphite to lubricate the cylinder. Be careful not to allow it to drip on upholstery or carpet as this is not good for it. Keep your car open to prevent accumulation of fumes, and avoid sparks and open flames.
4. On some lock cylinders out there, a tumbler may bind in a locked position and the springs are unable to to push it back out. Try Firmly tapping the face of the lock cylinder which can release the stuck tumbler. A tack hammer is about the perfect size and weight for most key cylinders.
5. Please place your key on a very flat, solid surface, and observe if it lays flat or is arched up from the surface either at the ends or in the middle. If it is, try taking a block of wood, or some similar hard object which to strike the key and bend it back to a flat shape. Do not use a hammer or other steel or hard metal object, the key is made of fairly soft metal such as brass, and the grooves may be damaged when it is struck and you don't want this.
May I warn You: Never use any oil or grease on the lock cylinders. Oils attracts dirt and dust & will prevent the tumblers from moving as needed to unlock when you insert the correct key. Use only dry lubricants such as silicone, graphite or other products specifically designed for lubricating locks. Also never clean the lock cylinders with products that leave a film or residue. Films and residue are usually oils and will attract dirt. Electrical contact cleaning products work great on lock cylinders and leave no film or residue. I personally use it.

This's about a 1991 190E

Well for starters the transmission fluid should not have a charcol color tint to it. It should be bright red or or slightly darker depending on when the fluid was last changed. The transmission oil pan should be removed in order to take a closer look at the fluid and to see if there is any metal debris sitting on the bottom of the pan. Definitely start with the transmission especially if you have no reverse gear because that means either the front pump or the reverse gear clutch plates are bad. It's highly possible especially with the trans fluid being a charcol grey color that there some internal damage in the transmission. Another way to confirm this is to smell the transmission fluid off the dipstick and see if it smells burnt. If it is burnt you will know it the odor is significant. One of the reasons also I say start with the transmission is because it can be a costly repair and it would be better to know right away if your gonna need to replace it before spending on other repairs first.
