Where is the fuel tank pressure sensor 0n a 2000 cavalier
I have never heard of a Fuel tank pressure sensor.. The fuel pressure comes from the Fuel pump which is in the fuel tank.. The pressure is regulated (Fuel Pressure Regulator) on the fuel rail on the engine near the fuel injector/s. The code PO254 is a generic code.. could mean different things.. Does it seem to be impacting how the car is running?

have you tried ignition switch to on, apply brake and shift to park? if you then turn key to off you should be able to start vehicle. Auto trans vehicles will typically only start if they are in park(P) or neutral (N) if this doesnt do it you may have to disconnect and reconnect the battery to reset all the electronic babysitter safety devices
Brake lights will not work
The most likely cause will be the Brake Lt. Switch. It may be faulty.
I think it's drivers side behind the left front tire. You'll probably have to remove the wheel to get to it. It just unscrews from the transmission. You can get a replacement.
Squeal accelerating
I believe you have a couple problems. The squeal could be an idler pulley, tensioner, alt or something else on the front of the motor. The oil issue is something else I believe. Keep an eye on you oil level.

That hose is the drain hose for the air conditioner evaporator. If it is leaking coolant, there's a good chance that your heater core is leaking, as it is in the same 'box' that the air conditioner evaporator is in. You'll need to replace the heater core.
