How to replace a fuel pressure regulator diaphragm

I assume you have a 5.0 or 5.8 throttle body injected GM engine? It's as simple as removing all the torn screws on the top of the throttle body. Replace the parts needed, and reinstall in reverse order. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/jeremy_d728a59f986299fa

My speedometer is stuck on 30 and wont move either

You'll probably need to either replace the cluster with a used one, or send your cluster out to be fixed. Most dealers offer an exchange service for a fee. You get a rebuilt unit with the mileage set to your current number.
