Where do i fill the power steering up at?

The power steering reservoir is on the passenger's side near the engine wall. You will need a flash light follow the drive belt down past the alternator to the power steering pump. Look for a black lid with a yellow steering wheel on top.

How to program a new alarm remote

Transmitter Programming No Tools Required In the event that a transmitter is lost, program the old and the new transmitters into the memory of the remote control door lock receiver. Up to 4 transmitters may be programmed. Important Once the keyless entry receiver enters the programming/diagnostic mode, the programming of the first transmitter erases all previous transmitter programming information. You must then program all of the transmitters. Program only 1 vehicle remote control door lock receiver at a time. If you program multiple receivers simultaneously, the same transmitter could possibly be programmed to more than 1 remote control door lock receiver. Perform the following steps: Sit in the vehicle driver's seat. Remove the ignition key from the ignition lock cylinder. Close all of the vehicle's doors. Remove the MALL PGM fuse from the fuse panel. Refer to Electronic Diagnosis in Body and Chassis. Turn the ignition lock cylinder to the ACC position. Turn the ignition lock cylinder OFF, then back to ACC within 1 second. Open and then close any vehicle door. You will hear a chime when the remote control door lock receiver enters the programming/diagnostic mode. If you do not hear a chime, start again at step 1. Important After 7 seconds, you may hear a chime confirming successful synchronization. After approximately 14 seconds, you will hear a chime confirming successful programming. Press and hold the transmitter LOCK and UNLOCK buttons simultaneously for 14 seconds. Repeat step 8 in order to program each additional transmitter. Remove the ignition key from the ignition lock cylinder. Install the MALL PGM fuse back into the fuse panel. Refer to Electrical Diagnosis in Body and Chassis. Validate that all the transmitters that were programmed operate properly. Refer to Keyless Entry System Operation . Hope this helps, I found it online -Scott

My 2004 grand prixwill not stay running stalls out at like 2000 rpm takes a minute it will start back up does not alow very good have to keep pumping just to go but will not maintain a steady speed

Sounds like the fuel pump is going out. Should be able to take a screw on type tire pressure gauge and screw it on to the bleeder valve on the fuel rail an then turn the key on to see what kind of pressure it's producing. Call local parts store to verify required pressure.

I Have a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. When the care is switched to reverse it makes a scratchy sound. Do I need a new transmission?

Could be a broken mount and powertrain is shifting. You could try powerbraking it, hold pressure on brake and give it gas in reverse. If you hear more of this sound it is probably a broken mount and something is rubbing. Use care to hold the brake tight and don't do for extended period. There are engine and transaxle mounts, could be any of them.

What would cause the inside fan motor ( AC and heater) to continue to run after the ignition is turned off

Hello, You should take a close look at the wires either at the wires attached to the motor or its fan switch (most likely) and look for one of the wire's insulation to be melted. The most likely scenario is one of the fan's speed control wires is crossed and therefore shorted with a constant on (Wire that is going directly to the battery. You will need to separate the wires and add electrical tape to thoroughly insulate both wires! Good Luck! Rich Lilja
