Cylinder 3 misfire
Make sure you're using the recommended spark plugs. When my car did that, I had put Bosch Platinum Plus-4 plugs in and got that same problem. Turns out the plugs are too hot and cause it to fire prematurely and kick the misfire code.
Classic symtoms of a anti-theft prob, engine runs for a second or two
Check the heater AC 10 amp fuse and also one marked LH headlamp 15 amp,(underhood fusebox) if these are both good I suspect the body control computer may have been damaged. Should have full time power at one terminal and key on power at another (at the drl relay)
I would also check at the starter main power feed and make sure a fusible link hasn't burned. All I can think of.
