HORN KEEPS GOING OFF ON

It sounds like the horn switch(s) located in the airbag pad assembly is sticking. The switch passes a ground to a slip ring (clock spring) which in turn passes the ground to a spring loaded contact in the multifunction switch assembly. And then the ground goes to one side of the horn relay.

Had motor replaced in 1995 Olds 98. Gas mileage

If you are using an EFI engine and the old computer module is still used, have it reset first. It may still have the data from the old engine. If you are using an old engine, you may have to do additional inspection and see if there are worn out parts. For crate engines (brand new) it would need a break in period, normally less than 800-1000 miles.

Blower for ac/heat vents not

Sounds like the blower motor bearings have failed. You need to replace it. I suggest that you get an haynes or chiltons manual (inexpensive) to guide you through replacement. Generally, they aren't terribly hard to replace but are more difficult than they used to be to get to. Even though the manual is fairly basic, it will help lots with other work you undertake so it's well worth the few dollars you spend on it. If you don't replace the motor soon, there's a chance that it can cause further electrical problems within the system, so, do it sooner rather than later!!!
good luck!

Serpentine belt off

Did it just pop off on it's own? If that's the case you'll need to find out why that happened. Is the idler pulley bad, is another pulley bad etc? If you find one of them bad you'll have to replace it.

If that's not the case you'll need to route the new belt according to the diagram on the support under the hood. You'll need the appropriate socket wrench to move the idler pulley in order to allow enough slack in the belt to get it on each pulley. Once you return the idler to it's normal position the spring tension will hold the belt in place.

'94 olds 88 error code 'hot...a/c disabled' -- Car shuts off

That is likely a ground problem.I had the same issue a few days ago with a customers car.See my response to another individual who has the same problem. It also did away with the hot ac-disabled problem and no more stalling. This might not solve your problem but I would seriously try it.

Change spark plug wires, maybe plugs too. You may also have wet or damaged ignition components. Take an air hose and blow everything off that you can get to.

1995 Olds 98 had oil pan gasket replaced. Oil lite came on,

The oil pump broke down or the oil pickup was blocked not feeding oil to the engin. The bad news, the engin is probely ceised and will cost a lot of money to repair, if it is repaireble.Alternetive is to replace the engin. Could be cheaper than repair.
