Where is the blend door actuator on a 88 olds 98 regency brougham and what does it look like

The system in your car is all vacuum controlled so the first this you need to do is locate the main vacuum source under the hood. It is normally located on the passenger side near the firewall. You may see a plastic ball shaped canister or it could be square. Make sure that device has vacuum going to it from the engine

My1988 Oldsmobile 98 Regence will not shift into Park?

First check all the linkage in the shifter lever parts, Something in the steering column may be blocking it, or a a linkage part bent under the car. Otherwise it is inside the transmision and would be a big job to fix it.

Fix keep alive memory 1991 olds

If your asking about the radio channels and radio clock, there is a wire that is always hot that has to be connected to the radio's always alive wire. If it is not hooked to the wire that is always hot, (like hooked to an ignition wire) then it will not be hot and every time the ignition is turned off, you will lose the clock time and channels memory. If you have a test light, check the wires at the radio (with the key off) and see which one is hot. If none are hot, then you have a blown fuse or wire broken.

Have a problem with no brakes on a 1988 old's ninety eight however I have NOT seen a brake system like this one.. No Master Cylinder and a friend says its hydraulic assisted but I need more info, poss

A car that old will be short of regular spares. All brake systems have a master cylinder for the brakes and the difference in some models is that instead of a vacuum brake booster to assist with the braking they have hydraulic assistance. Basically from what you describe unless you are a vehicle restorer then I would advise steering clear on this one

Why doesnt my 1988 98 oldsmobile shift into third gear

If it is a manule trans then you need to shift it sooner. And for the reason it will not go into third gear is the gear could be gone or the saycronizer is bad. You will have to put in a new trans or get this one fixed in order to get third gear.

If you replaced only the coils, and not the module beneath, you wasted your time. Most times the module is what causes this.

There are lots of nicknames for those lights, on any car!! For our purpose here we will just call it a side courtesy lamp. To access the bulb try one of these: Look at the edges of the lens for small groove or slot. If it has them use a small screwdriver to gently pry it out of the fixture. OR The entire fixture may POP out of the pillar. OR Remove the interior trim piece on the backside of the pillar to gain access to the bulb. Hope this helps.

Drove it home, evrything fine,

Make sure that you have fire and fuel. You may want to spray some ether into the air intake. If it doesn't want to start and it has fire, you may want to consider the timing chain.
