There is no reset, but there is a relay. near the hood release lever should be a fuse box with diagram on it.

Could be fuel pump. Could be timing problem. If you have gas and it has been tuned up then something a little more technical is happening. May be an electrical problem. Need more details of last time it ran and how long it has been sitting and when last maintenance was done, etc.
