2002 Mercedes c230 kompressor sun roof will not operate. I had to hand crank it closed. Mercedes says we need to replace the entire sun roof to the tune of $3,000+, Does anyone have a less expensive solution?
It's typically the motors or the special drive tubes that it uses. If you here a clicking noise then the sunroof became to tight and ruined the motor gears. You can actually switch the two motors, one is for the shades and needs less power then the other motor. They are identical, switch them. Nex make sure they are very tight to the 3 mounting bolts, there is a rubber washer bushing that wears out and alloys the motor to flex too much, causing the gear mis-alignment and gear grinding. This works great I do it all the time.

wheres the fuse box diagram for a c240 mercedes
For left-hand drive (LHD) vehicles the fuse box is placed on the left side of dash board, (driver's door open), behind a plastic cover. On the inner face of the plastic cover you will find the fuse box diagram.
Also another fuse box / relay plate is placed under bonnet in engine compartment area.

my c200 kompressor has a problem with the ESP,how can i fix it?
In your car Electronic Stability Program system included many different sensors (yaw-rate sensor, steering angel sensor, body acceleration sensor, some more) if ESP visit Workshop message appear on your instrument display It's very hard to say witch sensor could be the fault without right diagnose most common faults are either steering angel sensor or yaw-rate sensor might be some other sensors if you replace yaw-rate sensor it's need to be calibrate by diagnose computer, if replace steering angle sensor it's need to do right way otherwise when you tern steering wheel fully left or right it will brake at first time then you have to be replace another one so like to advise you to get right diagnose and repair buy Mercedes specialist if do some thing wrong it's be more cost to you if you get right place to do it only you have to pay once.

My 2004 Mercedes C320 is haveing some electrical issues. The wiper blades wont move unless the car is going faster than 5mph. And every time i start my car the open hood warning comes up on my dash although the hood is clearly closed. Any way to easily fix these issues?
There is a switch on your hood latch. They get damaged sometimes when the hood opens and closes. look down on the latch and you will see the sensor with an electrical plug. There are two 10mm bolts holding the latch in. remove them and the sensor is in the latch.
