When driving if you hit
I had a similer experience with my e430. When it went to the dealer he said one of the front coils had broken. He fixed a new one (plus a new one on the other side so they are both the same strength) and the problem disappeared. Cost a lot, but it may be the answer.

Ac compressor
Is the system charged properly? A/C systems have low and high pressure
cut off switches so not to damage the compressor so if it was
undercharged or overcharged the compressor won't cut on. Other than
that I would check fuses or the switch for the A/C

How to bypass an immobiliser
you cannot disable the immobiliser. it is a system mercedes has put into to prevent theft. however, you can bypass the immobiliser (otherwise known as EIS, Electronic Ignition Switch) in order to switch ON the car, but you wont be able to start it.
what you need to do it remove the connector from the back of the EIS module and bridge terminals 15r and terminal 30. i recommend getting a wiring diagram specific to your car to be sure of the terminals.
however, do this at your own risk.
