hi there it sounds to me like the crank shaft positioning sensor is bad because you say when you disconnected the battery and reconnected it it wouldnt even rev up thats a tell tell sign for the sensor because when you disconnected the battery you erased the memory that the computer used to control the timing

You should have a couple of power points where you can hook either jumper cables or a power pack. These are not made to jump start the car, but will provide power to pop the trunk to get you to the battery.

have the timing chain checked for wear or the adjuster and slides checked for wear

Change the gearbox oil first that can slow gear change

That sounds like a seized linkage issue. Open door panel and disconnect linkage from the actuator. If the actuator works, it's the linkage

In time it might . it has a override for a reason.so i do think it would hurt it any .you should still have it looked at .

Could be lots of things, bad fuel, bad fuel flow, bad plus, coils or leads, dirty or broken maf, poor air flow, leak in vacumme system, dirty or badly adjusted throtal bodies etc, other stuff could also cause it, but you'll need to help out a bit with more details.

It could be the frequency amplifier problem. The AM radio may not work too. Check the fuse first to see if it is just fuse problem. Otherwise the frequency amplifier can cost you $1000.

it is electronically measured via your car computer. Do not start your car if you want to measure the level. It has to be cold when being measured. Insert the fob key and turn to position 1, press the button on the steering wheel until you see the oil measure picture, the computer will measure for you in a minute and tell you if it is okay or not or how much oil you need to add.

turn the reset button.

at rear of air cleaner push the wire retainer back approx. 1 inch, lift entire air filter unit off engine and place on bench upside down. use a T25 or T27 torx to remove screws and covers to access and replace the filters, re-install housing onto engine and re-lock wire retainer at rear.
