take a flat-tip screwdriver and with someone inside the car have them try to open it while you gently pry on the cover, then once it is open spray the latch with WD40 or some-other lubricant. Hope this helps Tim

Check the connectors to each injector and tighten each one to specifications. Also check for clogged injectors vedry possible after so many years of use. Back pressure from the pump could be forcing diesel past the seals!

Normally just disconnecting the wiring won't require the modules to need to be programmed, its more than likely the shorting that occurred when the wiring harness melted that has damaged one or more of them, I would advise sending all three modules away to a automotive electronic repair shop for testing and repair.

Okay, the first thing is , there is no code on the radio. the numbers on the radio if you pull it out are the model # and the serial #. most of the time the dealer needs the serial # to get you the code. know if you enter the wrong code three times it will lock you out and instead of it displaying CODE It will display LOC.is your radio displaying CODE or is it displaying LOC.let me know and i will help you. good day

Again give your personal details to Mercedes ie: VIN,REG CODE and history. The code should be on the manual, if not ring or go to Mercedes.

Inside the gas tank the opening is in the boot under the capert

there is not fuse for the water pump. it is belt driven
