Metal blocks signals. If you are putting the TomTom on the dash, and there’s still a weak signal, then there’s metals (or some impurities) in the windshield interfering with the signal.

Try having it held near the rolled down window on the passenger side.

What was the code? You need to check for spark at the plugs and fuel pressure at the fuel rail.

Could be the motor brushes that need to be replaced.

If its electric disconect the power wires and conect straight to a battery if the fan works its the relay that turns the fan on and off if there is nothing the fan needs replacing second hand one around 40 to 50 pound

check owners manual , for fuse locatons , have 3 fuse box : 1 in engine compartment , 1 in trunk , 1 under rear seat

P12315 is not a fault code, it has too many numbers. Please recheck that fault code. It will be a letter followed by 4 numbers
