Why won't my Prizm start?

It could be 101 things. If you have a Code Scanner connect it and check for DTRs, (Diagnostic Trouble Codes). Or call a mobile auto electrician. Diagnostics takes about 15 minutes with a pro grade scan tool computer and he will only replace that needs replacing.

How to reset a ECM for a 2002 chevy prizm
If you have a scan tool reset KAM (keep alive memory) without a scan tool, disconnect the negative battery terminal for 30 seconds. I would recommend not doing this procedure though. If you have a check engine light that you recently repaired, the computer is smart enough to eventually turn the check engine light off on its own. You can accomplish this by driving the vehicle twice over the course of about 20 miles.

Parking lights not working have power at the fuse also door buzzer not working when lights are on
You say there is power at the fuse. Is there power leaving the fuse is the important question?
I would check the lights first by removing the fuse(s) and then feeding a temporary live to one side parking light and then the other when all the lights should have made a brief appearance without excessive sparking. Parking lights are often split into left and right circuits with two fuses and the number plate lights fed from one side and the dash lights from the other.
Having verified the fuse is ok and power is leaving the the fusebox down the right wire(s) and that all the lights can be illuminated successfully by backfeeding it is clear there is a break in the harness somewhere or perhaps a displaced connection or something between the fusebox and the place where the parking light feed(s) split into two or four as applicable..
You have supplied insufficient information for me to make a closer guess. Such problem seeking really needs a certain familiarity with the circuitry.

It sounds like you should check the wiring on the side W/ the dim light to see if your connection is good or if there is broken wire in down the line.
Bypass power steering
Attempting to drive a car designed for power steering without the pump will increase the effort at the wheel so you may not be able to steer it.
Go to a junkyard and buy a used pump, cost you less.
I have obd error code 441 on my 2002 chevy prism
P0411 means there is no flow during test. either the vacume hose to purge solinoid is leaking or the vent valve is stuck closed. More than likly a faulty vacume tocontrol sol. in engine compartment, black hose with green cap on itis from tank folow it to purge control sol,and check the rest of its hoses. good luck!
2000 chevy prizm won't turn over
Is it possible the broken belt damaged the crank or cam sensor ?I can't see a way for the serpentine belt damaging the camshaft.Was the engine running after the belt broke ?Have you checked the computer for trouble codes ?
How can I replace Chevy
it is on the front of the engine all belts removed drain coolant ststem, remove rt front tire and plastic shield and please use a jack stand! and also have another person around to help just incase. tip; loosen pump pully bolts before you remove drive belt. from under frame lower bolts can be removed upper pump bolts are more difficult. and make sure all surfaces are clean and dabreefree or it will leak! good luck from joe
