My v6 camaro vibrates pretty

Is it a standard trans? If so,does it does the vibration (with the trans in gear and your foot holding the clutch pedal down) disappear or is reduced? If it is better then the clutch disk may be damaged.

Seat belt light doesn't turn off even when the car is turned off.

You have either a short to ground on the black/white wire going to the seat belt switch or you have a bad body control module. Disconnect connector C3 at the body control module and check for good ground with the seat belt UNBUCKLED. If you see that, it's the BCM

There are only the 4 nuts. Do you have the map sensor off? I have this engine and never had any trouble getting the rail up but it is tight back there.

Code p0300 1998 chevy Camaro. Car does not turn over.

None of these codes by themselves will prevent the car from starting. I would look over the O2 sensor wiring. Maybe the harness is resting on a hot pipe. You can test the components--the sensor and both solenoid valves. Maybe there is a problem at the canister. Unfortunately, the canister and vent valve are atop of the tank, but you can still hear if the vent valve is closing when you apply ground to the white lead. The p0300 is the most likely code to affect starting. Are you getting sparks? If not, suspect the ignition module under the coils. I drive a 2000 Camaro, so I'm pretty familiar with this model.

Engine temperature swings up and down unpredictably. Does this sound like a thermostat problem? I can't think of anything else that would do that.

got to your local auto parts store and ask one of the guys if they could take a quick look at your car and tell them whats going on. this is a hard question for me to answer without seeing the car. no help with the one store ? try another. most will be happy to help and spread their knowledge around. BUT most of all, get it looked at asap, and try running the heater with the fan on high, it's like a little backup radiator it will help cool the engine. Jay

My car doesn't do anything when I turn the key

Do you see a light somewhere on the dash that says SECURITY when this happens? GM's are notorious for failing anti theft systems that will actually lock out the starter. You wont even hear a click when you try to roll it over. If you see that light, go to this link for info and DO IT YOURSELF solutions.

What do I have to do to get better clearence on my oil pan for my 3.8v6 3800 Chevy camaro 1998

Is your car 100% stock? if so you shouldn't have a problem. If you altered something like lowered suspension or different wheels tires you created your own problem. Put it back to stock! I know you didn't want to hear that. If you scrape off the oil pan you probably will loose the engine.
