I would recommend a gasket seal be fitted with silicone at bothends at the cylinder heads ( maybe check your PCV Valve also ! )

Some of these old wiper systems had ground issues. Try to run a ground wire to the unit and then a ground point were the wiper motor is mounted. The original would have had a ribbon ground strap that would have provided adequate ground in most cases, but in some cases, just running another ground was needed to fix this problem.

Your local Chevy dealer parts/service dept. should be able to answer this, or look it up for you.

Maybe pressure regulator

Could be faulty relay or bcm

Check fuel pressure. Pump may have crapped out. If pressure is good, clean and rebuild carb.

If you have ABS then a special tool is required to bled the brakes.

Did you do tune up, fuel filter? could be the crankshaft sensor.What is battery crank power? Air filter.

Usually the gear in the transmission outpu housing is plastic. It likely has failed/
