You have verified this with a mechanical test gauge at the oil pressure sending unit port?

u don't pull the balancer off, you must remove the water pump, know this for sure have done the job on my own 1996 LT 1

Check your fuses.

normally a spare will not fit in the storage area of the corvette. most came with run-flat tires. it is also possible that the car came with a small compressor and some sort or liquid stop leak (ie tireslime) My best advice is to contact a local corvette club or dealer. they can tell you exactly what your vehicle is equipped with.

Get it scanned at Advanced Auto and see what comes up. How old is gas? When was the last time you ran the car? Perhaps your fuel pump, filter? Fuel pressure test at schrader valve ot the fuel lines near intake. If none of these, move on to electrical.

when my buick did that it was because of a vacuum problem connected to the a/c unit under the passenger side dash, it was the hoes not getting enough pressure, I hope this helps . I dont know about the antenna

Have you tired to program the remote, it may have lost programming, very common. I have this exact same car. See picture of mine below.

the a/c control is electric for temp control and vacuum for mode control when a leak occurs it defaults to defrost floor .look for a leak or broken vacuum line first then control panel then mode actuator.

I'm no expert, but I've had that problem before, and it's always been the result of not enough juice getting to the starter. If your battery is good, double checking all the connections would be my first thought. Clean the connections thoroughly and tighten them well. A bad connection could also be the reason it's an intermittent problem.
