I need to know what size wrenches are needed to
you will need sockets,the crank bolt i belive is 22mm and you might need in impact wrench to remove bolt. the crank sensor is 1/2 in or 13mm, that a rachet is good.and to remove balancer sometimes youll need a puller. hope this helps.
My signal lights on my 1989 buick lesabre has
It's the same bulbs I believe, so look for the flasher module, the most likely suspect. It should be a round metal or plastic can, pretty accessible under the driver's side dash.
They use a different flasher module for the emergency lights because it's turning on and off more bulbs.

1989 buicks did not have a chip in keys. get someone to use a remote strter switch(which you can buy at a parts store). follow instructions. if it doesn't start; try there.
Not getting enough fuel to accelorate
Change the fuel filter.
How long since the last plugs and wires were changed.
Any check engine light codes?
High mileage could mean the timing chain has jumped a tooth.
How replace fuel pump
The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. It can be reached by removing the back seat.
Be sure to look at the rating before replacing.

89 buick century idling ruff when started, and fan
You need to determine why the fan is on (stuck relay, bad sensor etc.) If it remains on, the computer keeps engine controls in "cold-start" mode and will not operate properly. (re-check codes after the fan works right.)
Fuel problem
Clean battery cables. Check crank sensor, next time it will not start pour water on the sensor and if it cranks you will know what to replace.
