1992 oldsmobile 88, my brakes lock up; anti-lock

You have a bad ABS unit most likely. It could be a mastercylinder, but with the light on I would go with ABS unit. Sometimes unplugging it and leaving it unplugged will help. I have seen this work 3 out of 5 times.

Removing harmonic balancer & replacing crankshaft sensor

The bolt is right hand thread. I do believe it is adjustable. But you can readjust it if needed after the balance is installed from the bottom.

Crank sensor

The crank sensor is behind the harmonic balancer. Not too hard to replace, the harmonic balancer is supposed to come right off but I needed a big 2-jaw puller to get it off.... accessed through the wheel well.

Car would stall out at a light and bucked when it finally started

The sensor itself cost about 130 bucks and the sensor is located on top of the motor. It shouldnt take that long to fix it has only 3 screws

Will not crank

Take the battery cables off and hold them together for 3-5 minutes, this will reset the computer and the car should return to normal.

Fan on alternator wont spin

I think you should check your connections on the back of the altenator, something is wired incorrectly, if necessary hook up one wire at a time and see what you get. There should be only one large red wire on the BATT connection, and the rest should be in a molded clip that plugs into the altenator, check and ensure that they have a good connection when you hook them up.

92 Olds 88 Starts only in warm weather or supercharging battery

The O rings on the fuel injection system can be tricky to install. the problem is usually during reinstallation the O rings get pinched. It is possible to replace them yourself. but I would take it to a shop if I had to replace them. the MAF sensor being crushed is not good either.
