E240 Year 2000 problem with gear box
The electrical connector "o" rings leak on the 722.6 transmissions and there is an updated "o" ring. If you remove the connector by sliding the lock upwards there is a 7mm. bolt holding the housing onto the vavle body plate located in the center of the pin connector on trans. Remove that 7mm. and pull housing out of trans. there are 2 "o" rings on the pin connecter and one on the harness connector. M.B. sells the 2 for the pin connector and the harness connector comes with the hole connector but you have to remove all the pins out of the old one. The harness connector is not the problem just replace the 2 on the transmission pin connector. Make sure you add M.B. electrohydraulic trans. fluid to the transmission. You will have to purchase a dipstick from the dealer because there is onlya housing tube. The trans has a red color lock and the oil a black color lock. They are right next to each other so be careful not to confuse the 2. I have seen them leak bad enough to fill the trans computer full of oil- The E.T.C. module is located in the r.f. foot well in the false floor under carpet. I do not know what circuit board you are refering to. I'm assuming it is the valvebody solonoid plate. After repair I would recommend having the car scanned and cleared for codes assuming the module is not full of a.t.f.. You may be able to clear the codes by disconnecting battery neg. for at least an hour to drain capacitors but it is always best to have car scanned. Good luck

Continuos blowing 15 amp fuse
for a short fix it will work, but more than likely will blow that too eventually, it is that amp for a reason and anytime you are putting a bigger amp fuse in you are putting less protection into that part of the system which could result in the parts on that loop to be damaged.Usually if the fuses blow constantly there is a short that is doing this, my advice is work out what that fuse is for and investigate that problem than trying to bypass it with heavier fuses.

kavtrom to reset the clock you use the instrument cluster by navigating the steering wheel multi function keys untill cluster states settings-after you have set the time while the instrument cluster multi function screen is still at the clock settings you have to press the the reset button/dimmer knob on left side of instrument cluster and the clock will go backwards until 9-10 oclock and then will forward itself to the correct time

Need radio code for 2003
If you have a good relationship with the dealer, they may not charge you for the radio code. The other place that the code may be is written in the back pages of your manual. If the dealer wants to charge you a crazy amount, try www.radio-code.com or carfax.com may have the information to your car's radio code.
Good luck and hope this helps.

Front and rear brake pads
most important is to deactivate SBC control unit with computer to start work, otherwise you can damage system, then to change pads for front is just 13mm spanner and for rear - T40 torx.

Brake wear visit work shop. merc e270
Mercedes brakes are setup with a pad wear indicator on the pads, one of the four pads in the front should have had a wire attached to it ( as well as in the rear brakes if 4 wheel disc). If this wire is broken or was't re-installed on the new pads, this will trigger the light on your vehicle, if all the wirs are connected properly and in place i would suggest taking it to the dealer to have them take care of the light. Hope this helps

Service Brake message
Hello, You probably have brake pads that are worn down to the sensors. You will need to take it to whomever does your repairs. It could be either the front or rear pads or both.
If you find this info to be correct, please enter a (fixya) rating
Thanks, Gator241

Dead battery mercedes 03 e32o
If your vehicle has an armrest that folds down in the back seat (and doubles as a place to jam your snow skis through when you don't have a roof rack), put that down, get a flashlight and look back in the trunk for a safety release. It is usually made of white translucent plastic.

I have changed the Oil and Oil filter and spark
You can try to disconnect the battery to clear the system. IF this does not work, You need to have the system reset by Mercedes Benz Dealer or a mechanic who has the system to do that.

Numerous error codes, brake, abs, srs, and lighting problem
i got to admitt thats alot of things to go wrong at once. i am no expert here, but there is a chance you got a loose or broken ground somewhere. chk. battery cables make sure there clean and tight, and any other ground straps you can find. with todays computered cars and trucks grounds are a big thing and just one not making contact can make the whole system go haywire. GOOD LUCK.
