check that the ground wire is connected to the bulb and the ground point

Sounds like the check valve in the fuel pressure regulator isn't doing its job. Have a fuel pressure test done to confirm. Benz dealer may be able to help with the radio.

Are all your vacuum lines in good shape and tightly connected? My 95 E320 will start rough if it has a bad vacuum seal on the engine oil fill cap, the gas cap, oil dipstick o-ring, pcv rubber seals in valve cover...there's about 20-some engine vacuum seals on my M104 I-6 Might have luck buying a can of MAF sensor cleaner and clean MAF sensor and clean the air temperature sensor while you're at it, inspect the air temp sensor o-ring too. Could possibly be a failing crank position sensor or something simple as an ovp relay. Hope this helps.

Most 1999 cars did not have cabin air filters. If your MB does, most parts stores have parts location charts that may help you. Sorry I don't know more.

Unfortunately most of the key fobs are badly built, right from the factory. 99% of the time the battery circuit board contacts in the fob get loose and the battery will only make intermittent contact so sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. You need to open the fob and closely inspect all the solder joints, any loose joints need to be re-soldered, the unit should then work fine.

Will it work on high , prob fan resister

Could be a lot of things. First check to see if it needs a tune up. Then check to see if you have any trouble codes stored in your PCM with a code scanner. Then check to see if you have any engine problems by doing a compression check. Then check to see if you have a plugged catalytic converter. These checks will point you in the right direction. Easiest way for me to help you was to printscreen the pages of mitchell of use windows paint to make .jpgs with them. Should be all you need to do it since this is the only info you will get from mercedes shop manual. Hope this helps! :)

Possible bad master cylinder or air trapped in the system. Take it to a brake shop and have a power bleeding done on the system. Other possible causes could be low brake pads that have little sensors built into them that have to be replaced at same time as the pads.

I can't give you a price because I live in Australia but when this sort of job you have to reset the wheel alignment, a press to change the bushings etc, It is a big job that requires specialised gear, I would not try this at home

Clutch is worn out or alternator generator is going bad. Take it to a tune up shop for proper diagnostic

PERHAPS THIS MODEL HAS AN ADD'L FUSE BOX UNDER REAR SEAT. WE DONT HAVE THAT MODEL IN USA

there are two valves under the bonnet right hand side next to fuse box if these are faulty and dont open they will not let the hot water to the heater matrix

Sounds like the blower motor isn't working.There should be a fuse for it, see if it's blown.

It is bolted to the rear of the engine underneath your center console( under car) you can tell because the drive line is connected to it.

HelloThe engine and transmission in this cars drive train are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM (Power Train Control Module). Whenever a problem like this occurs the computer stores a record of the problem (there are of course some exceptions to this, like the fuel pump, engine coolant temperature sensor and MAF sensor for instance) in the form of a fault code in its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems memory scanned with a special tool. Once the fault code(s) are read you then must perform the appropriate diagnostic testing to find and resolve the problem(s) DO NOT REPLACE ANY PARTS UNTIL A TRAINED TECHNICAIN HAS DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM TO AVOID SPEDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON PARTS THAT MAY NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM
