Have a bad oil leak from back of the motor
Check the rear main seal, if its coming out between engine and transmission it is time to replace. Usually this seal wont stop leaking even with seal conditioner. Depending on engine and chassis either the trans or motor will have to come out in order to replace the seal. If the seal is external than remove the trans, if a 1 piece internal than engine has to come out. Any way you look at it is a time consuming and big job. I’m happy to help further over the phone at

I'm having a power steering fluid leak to where
I hope you have a lot of spare cash to fix all of these problems as they are going to get expensive. The power steering rack has leaking seals and will need reconditioning or replacing with a new item. Run fault codes to determine which sensor is failing for the idling problem in the fault codes check for a TCM problem as it will affect the gear changing . The power windows may be a micro switch in the regulator assembly that can be fixed but it may require a new unit Console trim bits are expensive if you can get them but it nay be possible to get spares from a wrecker that specializes in you car.. Knocking noise will be either worn shocky mount rubbers or rear suspension mounts failed. The ride leveling system may be actuators or it may be failed units that again may be available from the wreckers. From the list of complaints I would suggest that the vehicle has not been properly maintained and even though the mileage is relatively low I would get estimates before I started restoration as I stated it will get expensive.

My remote key will not open the doors
I have to ask this question. Have you changed the battery? if the battery is good have you tried any other remotes. If one remote works and the other does not. The remote is probably bad. If all remotes do not work then the cars ecu for the door control could be bad or as simple as a fuse.

My car metal roof is
When the roof is closing and it stops does it make a juddering noise or is it quiet. First of all open the roof fully and check that the guide rails on either side are free of dirt, use a paint brush and WD40 and use plenty of cloths to prevent dirt splashing every where. I have a '96 E-class but I think the roof mechanism is very similar.
If the roof make a juddering noise this is not so good. The motor is located above the left rear wheel in the boot. The mechanism consists of a toothed cable driven by the motor through a pipe guide to the rear of the roof panel. You will have to disassemble this motor and gain access to its drive gear in order to clean it of metal shavings/debris and to re-grease it. It is a very frustrating job and one that may wish to leave to the Mercedes experts because even having rebuilt the motor there is a real knack to adjusting it.
If the roof is just coming to a stop and not making any noise then you in luck. Locate the motor and the large central nut on top is the clutch adjuster. Tighten it by 1/6th of turn and try to close the roof again. Keep adjusting the clutch tighter until the roof closes. If you hear juddering noises, immediately slacken the nut off and the above notes will apply.

Power on radio does not
Have you checked your fuse? It should be marked in one of your fuse boxes. If the fuse is ok, you could have a bad wire or a loose connection.
