What year is the car. As of about 1999 there is a sensor in the passenger seat that will only turn the airbag on if there is someone larger than an infant in the seat. Otherwise there isn't really a way to turn the airbag off.

depending on which you have,there is 1 or 2 screws on the back,there is also a clip that needs to be pushed,then it slides out

most likely you don't have a dipstick, like mine, SLK 2.3, I asked the garage to dip it with their special multi dipstick, f o c, nice garage, the only other thing I would suggest is get the transmission fluid changed by a garage, silly not having a dipstick if you ask me

You may have to go to a dealership to do that to make sure your other settings don't get damaged or erased.. You may be able to in the settings, look for languages.

Hello, No need to deactivate anything on your S-Class, Just compress the Caliper pistons, install the new pads and sensors and you are all set to go.

mbmaster is right, you should also check your brake lights. If they aren't working the shifter won't release. Could be a bad brake pedal switch or blown fuse. The shifters can be fixed when they brake. Tough do it yourself job, but there are outfits out there that you can ship your shifter to and they can fix it.

Call your local dealer with your VIN handy. They can give you the code if the original radio is still in the car. If that doesn't work the radio needs to be removed. The serial number can then be used to compute to code, which is NOT the last four digits of the serial number.

look at the hinge area of the door and look for a small stepped bar that holds the door in positions when opening. It moves over a small roller. They have a habit of rusting up and instead of rolling will jump over the notches. Tyr some oil or grease and see it that fixes the problem. Some oil on the hinges may help as well.

You could try cleaning it with a brake and clutch cleaner or some starter spray ,if thats the problem as i seem to remember a 1993 model has a cable to the actuator on the inlet manifold ,if it is fitted with a full electric system then replace the part inside the car as these tend to go first as i dont think you can get it apart to replace the carbon track on its own if the carbon is available. prefer the merc engine of this size to the jaguar V 12 myself although i own a 4.0 6cyl jag the merc is far superior on the mechanics but the interior ------ cannot beat a jag
