Try disconnecting battery and clamp battery leads together for 5 minutes. Reconnect battery as normal Positive first on last off Hard reset to computer generally works with all models.

get another cluster on e bay or check all your wiring

If you're finding it difficult to service/repair your car, get one of those online manuals. You'll not have to wait for others to answer, or rely on mec hanics and all. Plus i know a website that sells very cheap but very very good manuals online, without expiry i.e. for lifetime.

Remove the supply tube under the nozzle and see if you have pressure. If you have the jets are blocked. If you have no pressure, the pump has failed.

I've had a few Mercedes and I seem to remember they had a fusible link between the fuse box and battery. It is a metal strap that will open under excessively high current.

this will need inspecting by a auto electrician as it would seem either the motor that lowers the roof is either faulty or there is a problem that is earthing out the component somewhere, worn wire or something like that, these are nearlry impossible faults to trace without the correct tools and knowledge
