you really need help from a dealer tech if you cant read it in your own question, i would point out that dealer test equipment is most reliable, and use of service bulletins to find whats the latest fix for this kind of issue on this make and model. you are asking to research and find what he fixes daily. please consult them to get answer if you can.. if they are not available where you are there is always benz world and pelican. some technicians frequent those sites and answer what they can.

NA code means that the obd2 monitor is not supported on that vehicle.

Could be anything.heated seats, lights. I would look in owners manual.

first get in to the car close the doors and shutters switch off radio and a/c then witch on ignition, when you press the brake can you hear clicking sound in shift liver, release brake and do press it again and listen, if you can clearly hear click sound, it's mean brake light switch is OK. could be faulty safety release lock in shift liver control, if can't hear clicking sound in shift liver first check the brake light switch.

You don't mention what year of model so this is only a guess but your steering wheel is pushing hard against the steering wheel lock and since turning the key releases the lock it won't turn. Apply gentle pressure to the key - try to turn it on. While you're doing that turn the wheel back and forth. I suspect this will release the key. Have you had the car serviced by someone who know these cars? They may be able to lubricate the steering wheel.

do you know were the cable has snapped front or cab ? cab you need to use a pair of plyers, front snapped.bit more tricky. and its going to cost you a bit more to just get to the cable and you will need to replace parts on the front.

Low oil pressure, needs checking asap, make sure the oil level in the sump is correct, hopefully it is just an oil switch fault? if it is an oil pump fault, it can do serious damage to the engine, Needs to have a pressure gauge connected to system. Good luck.
