there has to be a gasket failure somewhere..doubt if the truck has a mechanical pump on it but if so equipted the pump diaphram has failed and is pumping raw fuel into the engine block.. replace this pump and the issue should go away...most pumps were mounted in the fuel tank and are electrically operated..so it may be a tbi gasket failure or line leak somewhere check all and repost findings..thnx

Just for the record, its a throttle body not a carb.Sounds like the injectors are not getting power or a ground signal from the computer.You would check them with a meter or low voltage test light.

You must remove the dash to replace the temperature control blend door and its actuator, it is combination repair.

When you say it fires, are you checking for spark at the plugs ?In most cases you have to figure out if it is spark, fuel, or compression to proceed. A mechanic would also check the computer for trouble codes but you would need a scanner or code reader to do that.

I will send you a picture, what you will need to do it put on the e brake,and block the tires. on the drivers side of the ****** the shift cable is located, pop off the cable from the arm and pull the white clip, when push the arm foward that is park,and then easily pull the cable to the arm and put back the white clip

You have a failed battery cable, try cleaning it with wire brush and soaking it in baking soda. Also have the battery tested. As far as in the middle of the street push it off

Assuming there are no trouble codes in the computer, I would check fuel pressure at the rail next.

Check your door light switch if is no working properly,or whether the door by accident does not push the switch to turn the light off

Maybe your timing belt broke. Have you checked that?

No relay in the wiring diagram. There is a 20amp hazard fuse and a 10amp vehicle stop fuse in the engine compartment fuse box.If those fuses are good, and the brake light switch checks out ok, I would look at the turn signal switch next.

(Inside the drivers door on the door latch is a switch called the door ajar micro switch, it is defective. With no signal from this switch the system triggers the alarm system. You must have this switch input checked, it can be the switch or the wiring to it that is defective.

This is likely a problem with the passlock 2 system created by gm which has had many complaints but never has been recalled. Place key in ignition, turn to ON Position. (do not start).
