it sounds like the fan is out on it you will probably need to replace it and its not hard to do three screws and a plug and then you put the new one in in its place.

spray some WD 40 on the electrical connection to help dissapate the moisture

Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. Have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Also, check fuel injector pulse. I don't know what testing you have done?

see if you have corroded battery cable or is body ground hooked to body ground next check red wire at large wire in the firewall plugin for 12v if not put a thick wire on the positive battery cable tighten it down ther then split the insulation on the red wire spread the copper wires inside and stick the other end of that wire thats hooked to battery positive into the spread area an wind it around look at dash lights are they on start car if wont turn over its probably in the start wire circuit test the purple wire going to the starter solenoid make sure car is in park

problem oil pressure sender or sensor unit

most time coolant temperature sensor faulty.but check cooling fan fuse and relay.then hot wire the cooling fan if fan runs.problem in the fan wiring or pcm.if every thing else okay.if cooling fan dont run when hot wired the cooling fan need replacing fan motor has internal open winding circuit.

Check fuses and/or switches. For rear defroster make sure that the wire going to the heating element in window is not broken or unattached.

Id say there's a problem with the system ground..undo the lug that connects to the chassis ground and wirebrush that lug...and the space where it bolts to, think that insufficient ground to the relay box has the relays dropping out....combined with a battery that may be older than five years old has led to a relay dropping out....the fuel pump or ignition relay is not seeing sufficient voltage to stay engaged....test at the relay box for GROUND...and varying voltages from the corrosion that is holding up the show Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/travis_c9d31f9d9a54a2ed

check your fuse you've got one short-circuited

4 or 400 rpm it wouldn't idle at 4 rpm . how about thermostat ? do the electric fans work , water pump ! . IAC valve - idle air control passages plugged .

disconnect the cooling fan switch start your engine the fan need start work if don't check your fuse and relay

You have to fully apply your regular brakes before you can shift from PARK (P) when the ignition key is in the RUN position. If you cannot shift out of PARK (P), ease pressure on the shift lever -- push the shift lever all the way into PARK (P) and also release the shift lever button on floor shift console models -- as you maintain brake application. Then move the shift lever into the gear you wish.

You need to check if theres air leaks or it might be the idle air control valve stuck

I am not familiar with that particular car, however, you may find the ducts are missing from the heater to the dash outlets. Look under the dash to see if the hoses are intact. Another possible problem is the solenoid that operates the air valves may be stuck, or do not have proper vacuum to operate. So many things it could be. The dash controls may not be operating correctly, a vacuum hose loose, blockage somewhere in the plenum or ducting. These are all things to check.
