Buick cars don't have them. From the fuel pump relay under the hood, the pump's power wire goes directly to the gas tank and the fuel pump connector. If your pump is not turning on, check for power on the gray wire at the gas tank electrical connector while someone cranks the engine over. The pump wire, I think it is gray, should have battery voltage when the engine is cranking. If it does, you probably need a new fuel pump. Dropping the gas tank is no fun, it is a dirty job, not real difficult, just not a fun relaxing afternoon.

You may need a shop manual to get the testing procedures. You need to know if the ignition module is getting power and a signal from the cam and crank sensors.

When I changed the transmission oil on my 88 Buick lesabre limited I took 6 qts of Dextron VI, and it is also wise to change the transmission filter. U can purchase the transmission filter kit from any auto parts store, not neccessarily the dealer. This is the best change for the vehicle.

Its a faulty idle air control valve.You can take it off and clean it using a non-chlronated brake cleaner and a wire brush or and a scraperor you can replace it with a new one just make sure to reset the computer afterwards by disconnecting the ground cable on the battery for 30 seconds then start it.

Check the condition and operation of the idle control valve.

you need to remove door trim,remove broken parts,repair broken parts, the dealership body shop salesperson can order parts for the windows parts that broken.

sounds like the flasher is bad or bulb is in half turn off also check for ground at socket

If you are talking about the steel lines under the car, they come in straight sections from 10 inches up to 5 ft long. You have to replace the entire section or splice a section. The tubing has to be bent to fit the car.

try changing the ekg valve, its not expensive and check your plugs, clean if needed and replace your fuel filter inline

Yes! the heater core is bad/leaking. it sits inside the heater box under the dash. it is a fairly big job to replace and should be done by someone who is knowlegeable and expierenced in the replacement of them. the ac system ahs to be drained/evacuated if still charged and the heater box opened for removal of the heater core. Sorry for the bad news but you are correct in your diagnosis.
I hope you find or have someone who wil take care of you on the price. This can be rather expensive to have repaired. Ballpark of 350-500 depending on labor per hour costs at a professional shop.
