I woul d look at the main window switch. Gain access to rear of switch. Might be just a loose connector. If it's tight, WITH THE IGNITION KEY IN THE ON POSITION, remove the connector, and probe the contact holes with a grounded 12V test light. Look for and orange wire . Should light the light. that sounds like your master cylinder and brake booster are leaking. the engine is pulling in brake fluid through the vaccuum hose on the booster. I think a new booster and master cylinder are needed. make sure to bench bleed the master cylinder before putting it on the car

usually the security light comes on when the Chip on the key is not being read. this triggers the security light. With mine I had to replace the ignition switch to get it to read the key. If its just the light no problem, BUT if your car starts to develop a crank without starting this means its time to change that faulty ignition switch

Using a standard harmonic balancer puller with 3 bolts that are just a bit too large for the 3 openings if possible., Tap them with a die large enough to get a decent grip with the bolts and remove it like any other. If that won't work then just drill and tap 3 holes for the remover. I generally use 10 MM bolts when I do mine.

Hi there. From under the hood. The #1 and #5 fuse are associated with the Anti-lock braking system. Page 5-101 on this website will be insightful of the fuse placement. http://www.vadengmpp.com/owners-manual/buick/2004-Buick-Regal.pdf It is recommended to remove both fuses if you are working near the air bag. #5 fuse should be removed when working near the dash. You will have #1 - #8 fuses that are the same size on one side. It would be good to remove both fuses just to make sure you are taking safe and preventive measures. Good luck!
