Poor ground some where. Try grounding blower case to motor

Make sure that the battery is in a fully charged condition and reconnect, Positive post first and then the negative (This helps to avoid accidental short circuiting) Close all doors, bonnet/hood boot windows etc. Lock the vehicle with the key. Leave vehicle for at least 10 minutes without disturbing it. Unlock vehicle and start the engine. I have had to use this method on various makes of vehicle. It allows the system to reset. PLEASE NOTE the battery must be fully charged.

check that the oil filter is at the correct tension and not loose or over tight. Check that there is only one gasket under the oil filter as 2 gaskets will allow one to be squeezed out under pressure.

Flush Transmission.

How do you know there isn't enough electrical power? Low pressure might indicate a bad or weakening fuel pump or bad fuel pressure regulator or possibly clogged fuel injectors. If the fuel pump is getting the 12V via relay/ignition switch then it's not an electrical problem, but a fuel delivery problem probably caused by the things mentioned above.

01 pontiac have chip in the key. If you key is removed wont start.The key send signal tho body computer, body computer confirm pass code to engine computer ,ecm send signal to safety neutral switch next is starter relay and last is the starter.some times transmission switch is not line up correctly.turn the switch to start and hold and with other hand move slowly from park to neutral.if your car start inspect the shifter links or the switch for correct alighment.

Could possibly be the thermostat. also could be the heater core. keep track of it though, cause if it is anything like mine, it will start to go down hill fast. Mine started that way, and then started using anti-freeze without it leaking. Makes for a fast blown head gasket and or blown motor

check fuse it could be dirty or blown. Change fuse or clean the terminals where fuse sits with WD40.

The first thing to check are the fuses.Check owners manual for (fan) fuse

look for ABS trouble code and if you have enough brake fluid level. hope it helps
