Should be able to. As long as it fits the hole. The only thing that might be different would be the cranking amps.

check the relay in the main control box under the hood

Yes you have a relay. Under the hood, in a plastic cover there is a breaker- relay center. It will be labeled either at the relay or on the inside of cover. murf427

its not on because of a fluid change, you have a sensor that has gone out of range . take it to your local parts supplier. they can read and erase the code which caused that light to come on for free.sometime the sensors "hickup" could be nothing.

Most likely the relay is dying.

Have your CV boots and half shafts checked. If these are cracked, they will dry out and cause a lot of noise when turning. Also check your swaybar links, these cause a lot of noise also, but not only while turning.
