Start by checking every other fuse to insure more are not bad. Sounds as if you may have a short somewhere, which can be very hard to find, especially if intermittent.

Most water pumps have a small hole on lower side of W/pump, little below the shaft! If coming from there the seal is going-replace water pump with brand new one/ not a rebuilt one, I' ve had bad results W/rebuilts

too new to rot and not cold enough anywhere to freeze, so I would go looking for a leak, this freeze plug is small like a quarter and pressed into the block at various places, you can find them easily, I bet you have a head gasket problem or a hose that is spraying on something, clean the affected area? best you can and let it idle and try to locate leak as it heats up , a freeze plug with a tiny hole will usually spray straight away and downward from motor . prob hard to replace with motor in, I have used a puller and a screw, then a hammer and a socket, but no guarantees there ..

it might be that the ignition backing is worn and there for not turning it all the way down although the key shows its off the backing is still in on position u will need to take steering covers off and undo the plastic backing at the back of the ignition to inspect it

they usually have a cap covering the screws .. look at where the bar fits in and look for a join in the white plastic..it will slide off side ways ( slide to the right ) you should see the screw then
