Seized a/c Compressor
shysters... they also should have a compressor delete pulley so you dont have to use a shorter belt. did the compressor seize up or the compressor clutch bearing seize up ??? two different parts and repairs... they're trying to sell you a complete ac job when a new clutch will probably fix your problem... or if you're a gambling man, you might even change the bearing in the clutch assy yourself :-)
find another honest shop and let them know you're not happy for them lying to you and you will report them to the BBB
oh, I've had multiple gm vehicles in the same body class with the same drive train... I do know what I am typing... being an ASE tech helps as well :-)
Interier fusebox location chrysler grand voyager
Find the fuse box behind the glove compartment door. See this
video.
Most phone charger require less than an amp or two at 12 VDC so you could probably "sneak" the piggyback device in your link above on anything existing - but I'd recommend a higher value fused circuit like a 20 ~ 30 amp types. Stay away from those used for headlights, wipers, etc. Connecting to radio, A/C, Heater, etc may be a better choice. Check your manual to see if there is an accessory fuse slot designed for this purpose.
Are the back up lights also the license plate lights?
No, they are different. License lights are turned on by the headlight switch. The back up lights are turned on when transaxle is placed in reverse gear. There is a switch on the transaxle that turns the back up lights on.
Spongy gas pedal
You will need to open the hood and have someone watch the throttle as you push the gas pedal, see if the throttle arm moves as you push on the pedal, this may be due to a bad cable or it may be off its holding bracket or loose. start with this test.

How do you change the license plate light bulb
OK>>> it is very cold here, but nonetheless..I went outside to check on my Oldsmobile for your benefit....On mine (I can't guarantee it is the same for all of the vehicles listed above). If you are looking at the license plate, LOOK UP and you should see the bulb and whatever encasing is there. Mine is in a tube and it is attached with (2) mini bolts that will need to come out first, then it just looks like a simple matter of disconnecting the electrical plug, taking out the old bulb and putting the new one in. I hope this helps someone....
