Emergency flasher

There should be a four way relay up under the dash. The four ways and turn signals are separate items and have their own fuses and relays.

1993 engine diagram

When you buy the new hose take the make and year and model of the car to your supplier and they will tell you what you need. If you take the old one off take it with you as well to show them. They will match it up.

STARTER - 1993 cutlass ciera

According to Chilton's, and assuming you have the 3300 V-6, it won't be fun. The first instruction is to drain the air conditioning system, and remove the front manifold. The starter is between the engine and the radiator. The deal breaker for me is the A/C draining/refill. If anyone knows of a way to avoid the A/C drain, let me know. Otherwise, I may just preemptively replace mine before my buddy runs low on R-12.

The lifters are noisy do i need thinner oil like

I suppose it would be good to make certain that you have adequate oil in your engine... but as far as the oil viscosity: 20w as number representing the oil at its thinnest, is not 'thinner oil'.
5w-30 would be thinner...
If there's concern of the lifters getting enough lubrication, an alternate route is the oil additive made by "Lucas Oil", it causes the oil to stick to the parts & surfaces... it's pretty decent stuff that has been used as an additive in our 8 cars for years.

Can I repair a fuel line leak with tape or any

not sealant But get small length of rubber hose,,, small ,as in just larger than metal line then get two small screw band clamps cut the leak spot with bolt cutters QUICKLY insert hose on two ends of line with CLAMPS ALREADY ON HOSE screw them tight stop at service dest inform them of gas leak so they can take precautions.

they will ask fix or replace say FIX so they don't chage you $120 an hour shop time to bend fuel line hose to replace entire line... NOT necessary..old school repair if fine replace line is $$$ and not neccessary very little pressure in fuel line mostly gravity flow you may even say its more practical

We have a 1993 cutlass sierra with less than a 100,000 miles, all of a sudden it started sputtering and shaking when driven, any suggestions what could be the issue

It could be multiple things. The easiest I would start with is the spark plugs and spark plug wires. If they are bad it will cause a misfire in the motor which would cause shaking. They are fairly cheap and easy to replace. It could also be a plugged fuel filter, a weak fuel pump, bad distributor cap, these are just a few things to check out. It's hard to tell what it is without actually being there. But here are the basic rules, no compression, no fuel, no spark, no start.

I have only 35 to 39 psi gas pressure reading what can cause this. I have replaced the filter plug wires coil packs. when stepping on gas pedal there is alot of hessation

check the tps(throttle position sensor) voltages and grounds. one wire is battery voltage the other is reference voltage and the third is ground. the reference voltage should get higher smoothly as you move the throttle without any dropouts anywhere in the full movement from closed throttle to wide open.
