My ML270 has a problem with front wheel camber.
Yes, there are no adjustments possible on the front wheel angles except for the toe. Such big difference can only be caused by deformed parts. Since i assume that they would have noticed a bent front subframe then the only thing left are the suspension wishbones and the ball joints.
Go directly to an licensed repair shop and have them take a look at the front suspension. BTW never use Beaurepairs for this kind of stuff again, they are just cheap hacks.

Recharging air conditioner
do not let anyone touch it!!!!!! its very easy to destroy your ac system with products you buy at autozone. it may cost you a hundred bucks at a shop to have a mechanic do it but if you try your own stuff it will likely cost you thousands. if that was a correct method the auto shop would use it and not the 3,000 dollar machine they own.

Hello
The systems that control all this are the keyless entry module and or the Body Control Module, the test gear required to read codes in this system is a dealer level tool and not the one that just plugs in and reads the engine and transmission related codes, this is a body function code. I can't advice except to take the car to a Mercedes dealer for testing with the correct equipment, not a generic scanner that just reads OBD2 codes. New electronically controlled cars are great wonders of modern engineering but sadly there is little you as the owner can do to fix them when things like this go wrong.
